The Gold Level of the International Award for Young People (IAYP) represents the pinnacle of achievement in the program. It recognises young individuals who demonstrate resilience, leadership, and a commitment to personal growth. Through service, skills development, physical recreation, adventurous journeys, and residential projects, the IAYP Gold Award celebrates not only accomplishments but the remarkable journeys behind them. Thousands of young achievers across India have embraced this challenge, proving that the Gold Award is more than a certificate — it’s a transformative experience.

What Is the IAYP Gold Award?

The IAYP Gold Award is more than recognition — it’s a celebration of determination, courage, and character. Participants aged 16–25 who commit to the Gold level engage in five key areas: voluntary service, skill development, physical recreation, adventurous journeys, and a residential project. Each section is designed to push boundaries and foster growth, helping young people evolve into confident, capable leaders. Participants typically dedicate a minimum of 18 months (78 weeks) to complete the award, or 12 months (52 weeks) if they have completed the Silver Award. Successful achievers earn a globally respected qualification that demonstrates resilience, leadership, and service.
